Join the Annual Trash Dash – A Community Cleanup EvenT!
Get ready to make a difference at the Trash Dash, an exciting annual community cleanup event held in downtown Mansfield! Gather a team of five and race against the clock to collect as much litter as possible in just one hour. The team that collects the most trash will take home a trophy and a special prize!

Date: Sunday, June 29th 2025
Time: 3pm
Location: Central Park, Mansfield
Registration
- Pre-register online HERE
- You can register a team of up to 5, or as an individual. Individuals can team up at the event, or join a team that doesn't have 5 yet!
- Those who pre-register will be entered into a drawing for a gift card!
Rules & Details
1. Request an area of Mansfield to clean up or one will be assigned to you.
2. The timer will be set for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The 15 minutes is to allow for travel time.
3. When the timer starts, you or your team will travel to your assigned clean up location and pick up as much litter as you can. There will be a volunteer there with a truck, the timer, PPE and trash bags.
3. As a bonus, each assigned area will have a hidden GEM. Find the gem for an additional prize!
4. The volunteer will report the number of bags collected for your team when the time is up.
5. After cleanup is over, head back to Central Park for prizes, food, and games!
After the Race
After the cleanup, winners will be announced and prizes distributed. Stick around for an afternoon of games, great company, and a delicious cookout to celebrate our community’s efforts. It’s a fun and rewarding way to give back while enjoying the spirit of friendly competition.
